Everyone loves Spotify. Everyone is just like, yeah! It is the best music app ever! Whoo!
Sure, the app is pretty great, all the music and selections on there is amazing.
But god if you try to connect it with a Chromecast..it is the most buggy thing ever!
I don't have any issues with any other app when connecting to chromecast, but spotify. I have tried several different things Spotify app on the phone, spotify open browser and spotify on the desktop. all just are so picky with chromecast.
Well, the open browser isn't really picky with chromecast, that is more of my computer's fault. If I go to a different browser or window it starts to get jittery, and that happens with most video or music players, which is totally annoying, but it happens.
So instead of getting frustrated and just wanting to finally listen to music, I just turned on the spotify app on my phone, forgot about connecting it to the Chromecast and now music is playing from my phone.
At least my phone has a good speaker on it!

I like the variety that spotify gives. I do use youtube for music, but sometimes I just want to listen to music and not worry about visuals

@DesirousDreamer I don't watch the video. Usually I just have the tab open while on a game or editing.

I have never used spotify. I have Pandora on my phone.

I used pandora a lot but I rather be able to choose a song instead of just happening at random haha

Hi felicia, hope you are well...well I dont use spotify...just youtube or download the music and watch or listen to it with the inbuilt players of my mobile.

I use youtube sometimes for music, but I like being able to find new bands because of the radios.
