Morning everyone! It is Friday, the end of the week days, looking forward to grocery shopping later since my fridge is dry as a bone, nothing left inside besides cabbage. This morning, I made some crispy crepes for my son. He loves this crepes which I usually called it pancakes. He doesn't like thick pancakes, he prefers the thinner and brown crispy sides. So i used the pancake recipe and spread out the batter as thin as possible which turn out as picture shown. do you prefer thick or thin pancakes? my own photo

@peachpurple I agree with your son, the pancakes taste more "fatty".

crispy pancakes, I must try that. Ingredients used are 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of plain flour, 1 tbsp of olive oil, 2 tbsp of sugar, 1 tsp of vanilla and 1 egg, all mix together, beat until diluted and pan fried with butter. Don't use oil
