Mood swings!

I am having mood swings for no reason. I really don't like them because my mood gets really low because of them. Any suggestions to make my mood better? Do you also encounter mood swings? How often? And what do you do to feel better?

Yes, it happens that I have mood swing, it depends if I encounter problems during the day.

Yes especially when my period is about to come. I try to stay away from people during those days and stick to my hobby.

@shubhu3 but is that the mood swing or the poor distraction mood? Anger for example can affect us so can worry or agitation. I don't mind them if I can quickly swing my present mood around to something more productive like contentment, happy or acceptance? How's that sound?

Yes...it happens.. for no reason I feel down sometime..at the time, I just divert myself by watching TV,or mylotting,or do something creative...
