Rolled Pillow Eases Neck and Back Pain

Do you use rolled pillow? It is like a pillow placed around the baby's crib. I remembered my chiropractor doctor advised me not to use too high pillows when sleeping, and said I could roll a bath towel and place it at the back of my neck when lying down. He said it eases the tension at the spinal column (upper lumbar region). It really works, and I feel relaxed sleeping on that rolled pillow.

If it works go for it. That is what I would do.

Just give it a try, and it feels good; good for the back bones too.

It works, so when I feel so tired, I use it; also when sleeping.

@DianneN He will like it, for its comfort on the neck. Choose one that has memory foam.

I don't use it, but this is very useful information to keep in mind. Nothing better than a good night's sleep for sure

I used a rolled pillow, I made one from our memory foam mattress, I cut out about 2 inches from it and made a neck pillow.

@acelawrites Sleeping with our neck bent, makes a person uncomfortable.

Yes, sometimes. I have that in the living room and I use it when laying on a couch.
