Our clinical coordinator called me up this morning. He asked me if I will accept his request that I go for a 2 - week training at IMCU. Sir FMD told me that the clinical instructor assigned in that ward is no longer advised to come back because she had low and poor appraisal from the students and staff nurses.
I had to say YES because the CC told me that there is no other CI who is suitable for training but me since I have been handling students from 2006 up to date.
Sir FMD also told me that he will make a letter addressed to the training office of the hospital so that I can start my training during the semester break this November.
This is the area where the patronising CI told our dean that Miss FCT is not qualified because she has no medical training. We all kept quiet when she said that. But this time she won't say anything because I have more experience than any other instructors had in medical ward.
I can't wait...

@ridingbet In education age does not matter. You can still learn at 100 years provided you have the spirit.

@nangayo definitely every individual has a spirit, but if you mean i have the heart to be educated, yes, every learning experience is for everybody.
