After posting the "what will make you resign from work" topic, I finally got decided and leave the company for good. Thirty minutes before going to work, I sent my supervisor an e-mail:
'To whom it may concern,
I would like to resign from the company as a Customer Service Representative effective immediately.
I feel the need to resign because of three reasons. My health has been regressing for the past few months and it has been evident with all the absences that I've got for the past few weeks. I have to stay at home for the time being. I also would need to take care of my two toddlers as my spouse is unwilling to take care of them for me which makes my kids neglected. I would also need to monitor the printing shop that me and my husband established and has been running for the past 3 years. Because of this, several days ago until now, I wasn't able to eat and sleep properly which affects my work performance with you.
Thank you for your entire support. I must say this has been one of the supportive companies that I have been so far. Workload has been heavier for me lately and I feel the need to resign properly than being terminated due to AWOL at work.
I wish you & the company all the best in your future endeavours. Thank you'
And well, my TL (Team Leader) still wants me to still go to the office to send a hard copy of this.
What are your thoughts? Does it mean that my supervisor doesn't want me to resign?

I can understand that. My TL acted in many ways , which is quite irritating, when i sent a mail of my resignation, in my previous company. .They just said, they will think about it and relieved in ten days..

There are also some centers here that before you resign, you need to render 15 days before you completely leave the company. For me most of the time it is not applicable. I don't see the need as an employee to stay if I don't like it anymore or if it is an emergency that I need to really leave the company for good.
But on the business side, the reason they wanted you to stay longer is for them tp give more time to get a replacement.

Nope. I had a receiving copy of my resignation letter. I had to drop by in the office to do it.
