Time for Bed

What, are you kidding me? It's only 7:17 PM. Are you crazy going to bed this early.
Yes, but so is the doctor. I need to do the sleep study tonight. So not looking forward to this. I need to have 6 continuous hours for the study. I have no idea how I'm going to sleep with all those belts and tubes around me, one of them in my nose.
Normally I can't sleep with any kind of hindrances, especially since I toss and turn so much, so this is going to be a difficult night at best. I did ask what time they open so I can get it back to them early tomorrow. She said 5, which is good. I can drop it off after the pool tomorrow.
In other news, I got Scarred uploaded and ready to be published once again. This shouldn't take any time as I'm not making any changes to the manuscript and the last time I edited it I found all the problems with it. So it will go fast and should be uploaded soon.
Tomorrow I upload Freedom's Cry for publishing. That one will take a little longer, as I will go through that PDF when it comes from the publisher to make certain I didn't miss anything the last time I edited it.
Tomorrow is also weigh in day. My friend will be coming to take my picture, so we can all see what kind of results I got these last 30 days.
So that's my news for today. Now I need to get hooked up and ready for the sleep study test. I'll see you all tomorrow and let you know if I even got any sleep tonight. I don't count on it. How was your day? Thanks for reading.

The sleep test didn't work. I already got a call from the nurse telling me the monitor kept cutting out. I'm not redoing the study. One uncomfortable night is enough. Scarred is taken care of. Today I'll get Freedom's Cry ready to downloaded to publish.

I would have a hard sleeping at all with something in my nose. I hope you are able to sleep. For supper I made a salad that tasted heavenly. Wow!

@just4him Were you able to sleep the 6 continuous hours? I never do as I am going to the bathroom very often. I never sleep more than 3 continuous hours.

@1hopefulman Last night I didn't get up once in that six hours, which is unusual for me as I'm up at least every two hours. As for sleep, I wouldn't consider it a sound sleep.

Sounds like you're doing your sleep study at home. My better half had to go to the hospital to get his I hope you do better than he did. His breathing stopped several times an hour. Now he uses a Cpap. Can't wait to hear about your weigh in.

It didn't work and they want to redo the study. I told them I'm not redoing it. There's nothing wrong with my breathing. The monitor kept cutting out. I know it was because I was tossing and turning most of the night. I was totally uncomfortable and couldn't wait to get all those belts and wires off me.

Terrible. I tossed and turned, and the monitor dug into my stomach, as well as the other belts. I took the kit back right after the pool and the nurse already called. They want to redo the study because the monitor kept cutting out - no doubt due to my tossing and turning. I told her I'm not redoing the test.

Hope you manage to sleep well! So you do all the book editing yourself?

I have such trouble getting to sleep anymore and with all those things hooked up to me I can't see getting to sleep at all. Good luck with that.

@just4him I don't blame you they want you to sleep for 6 hours all hooked up like that wouldn't work for me.

Those tests are terrible, I've been told. I'll say a special prayer for you, to get enough sleep! Also, can't wait to hear about your 30 day weigh-in results:)

I'll post about the weigh-in later when I have a new picture. The sleep study didn't go well. I took the kit back this morning after the pool and the nurse already called me to reschedule it as the reading kept cutting out on the monitor readings from the belts. I told her I wasn't redoing the study.
