How often do you check your smartphone?

Unfortunately, the virus has spread all over the world and it is difficult to find people who resist the addiction of smartphones (but there are still some warriors out there, haha).
So, it doesn't matter exactly what kind of activity you are going to do in it... But how often do you take a look at it?

I look at it and am on it too much! I know that is for sure. It is funny because I was one of those people before I had a smartphone who would see others constantly attatched to their phone and be like, "I won't be THAT person if I get a smartphone" and then I realize a few years later that sadly, I am THAT person. The virus is real.

I see so many people checking their phones everywhere here constantly whether it is in an office or on the street. They stop what they are doing right there on the sidewalk in the middle of it and check it. Me, I charge mine in the morning and check it every so often to see if there were messages I got because I turn it off and if want to play solitaire or need to use it to make a phone call.
