When I earn money from writing on this site it affords me the opportunity to purchase apps and books that I really like. This particular book, Mind Over Mood, 2nd Edition is one such book. I am able to buy this and own it for my personal collection and reference at home instead of holding on to a book from the local library which deprives others from having access to it. I had been renewing the book for several months but finally came to the point that I knew I just had to own a copy of this book myself. Now I don't have the anxiety of having to pay a fine for it's being returned late to the library as they fine you a dollar a day for any book or magazine, video disk or audio disk or audio book, or other material item that is late by each day for each item.
Such anxiety is removed by the purchase, although slight anxiety over paying money out of pocket but that anxiety will be gone in an instant when I get my copy and can take one late fee anxiety issue off my list of things that bug me.
I had been reading Mind Over Mood which is simply a work book to handle daily moods and keep record of your thoughts so you can adjust your activities and ways of emotional thinking and reactions to circumstances in order to adjust to a better understanding and to help you support a proper and more positive outlook on daily living for your self as you go through life day by day and also for you to maintain a better self awareness and learn coping skills.
It was the last one available so I am just lucky enough to purchase it today.
The book was recommended by my therapist.
If you ever feel that you have bad moods and want to find ways to learn to properly adjust your way of thinking so that the bad moods can be turned into better moods, not simply pretending to be in a good mood as this would be futile. The book is a tool only to help people learn to cope with daily life and the problems that often occur that sometimes mess with our moods and result in us having a bad day, so to speak.
Here is a link to the book, a basic overview of it and suggestions on how to use it:

Seems like a very good book...We need to get our mind strong enough not to mind our moods

@lookatdesktop No, while that was a punny! use of the word mind...I meant what I said about not letting your moods get to you and for that you got to be strong minded.
I am afraid I have never been known for my conversation
