Remember that client I wrote those 1,000+ word orders for? They posted a few orders on the job board yesterday, so of course I grabbed one (and it's due tomorrow). I didn't find it until close to the evening, and then I had to do quite a bit of research for it. I started the order later sometime last night, and I wound up staying up until 5am. Yikes. Okay, there were a few distractions, but for the most part I did focus on the order. It was just the research plus the connection was slow last night. Go figure. But needless to say, I'm tired. I just finished writing the order a short while ago, so right now I'm resting my brain lol. I ate dinner, answered a friend's message and now I'm getting ready to watch The Exorcist, followed by Blue Bloods. Once Blue Bloods is over, I'm going to get to proofreading and touching up the order. I need to run a spell and grammar check it, read it out loud, remove anything unnecessary, check/read it again to be sure and then add any necessary links. So yeah, it's a process. I'd rather wait until my shows are out of the way and everyone else is in bed. I'm not working on anything else after the order, unless I come across something I really wanna do. I don't wanna stay up super late tonight. I lost track of the time last night and forgot to cash-out, so there's that. The money rolls over to next week, so I'll still get it, I just won't get it before then. I've been on Textbroker since 2011, and I think this is only the second time I've forgotten to go hit the cash-out button. Anyways, I'll play the rest of the night and weekend by ear, outside of proofreading, touching up and submitting this order. But right now, I'm on a "break" because The Exorcist series is on.
