I am a fan of ramen. But based from the previous discussions that we've had together with other myLotters, I will try Korean noodles for change. The reason we wanted to have a hot, steaming noodles is my husband has a bad case of sinusitis and we both have a flu. I was thinking of eating something with soup. It's raining very hard for the past few weeks here in Manila. It only cost a $1.10 or so from a local Asian grocery here (Php60/piece) and I just bought some processed crab and prawn meat. A bowl of Japanese Ramen cost php300/bowl and we normally spend over php500 a meal (like about $10 for both of us) and I've figured that we just buy Asian/Imported noodles then just do the hotpot at home. It still taste good. And for only Php300 in total, we still have a couple of Korean noodles left here which is good for 8 more servings. So it is definitely: Good! And more savings, too! Have you guys tried Korean noodles? They're popular for being spicy. I like anything spicy and I never thought this would be a good idea.

I've tried Nong Shim and all my life I thought that is made from China. It is actually a Korean noodles. I like it with leeks and fresh eggs. Korean noodles are the best!
