Well I imagine the school doesn't think we did enough today however I say we did so we are done. Taught Tessa the PowerPoint thing today and then we got all her stuff together for the math project, 15 pages later (about 5 hours) finding the rest of the pics to insert and doing all the rest. I was done. Started her 8 page Math test and part thru she couldn't even think. I said we are done for today. She was a happy girl with that!
I cant get over the fact they never showed us or even talked about PowerPoint and we had to figure it all out. Just hoping we did it all right. If not I'm not gonna be a happy mama! And now I'm just tired and making her some supper.

I had never heard of it before this, luckily I figured it out. I thought it was a bit much thou 15 pages and it was relatively a stupid assignment. However it is done, now to see if we did it right. Will find out in a few days. I don't see the point in a lot of the stuff they are teaching.

I see. Teaching one's children is in fact one of many other important responsibilities to be borne by a good mom such as you.

I am glad they taught plain old stupid math when I was in school. Look at me know, I keep the books for businesses.

We are home full time, home-school thru a cyber school. My complaint is they tell you to use it but don't show or talk about it at all. They cant expect kids to figure out things like that with things they have never seen or heard of. Heck I never heard of it or seen it til the other day.

I could send her to public school but our local school is really lacking in teaching even the basics.
