Having Tea, Relaxing Before Work

I made my chamomile tea and rubbed some of my lavender oil on to start to ease the anxiety before it even gets to the really bad part. I have to get ready to go to work in 2 hours. Luckily I am only doing my 5 hour shift today and I'll be helping out in the hygiene side rather than assisting the dentists today. I am hoping everything goes smoothly.

I've read positive things about lavender oil, but I'm allergic to it, so it wouldn't do much for my anxiety except make it worse with an asthma attack.
