Why do bad songs stick to our head?

Have you ever stopped to think that bad songs always stay in our minds much more easily than good songs? Doesn't that sound strange / weird to you? Why do you think this happens to us?

Probably for the same reason bad events stick with us. It disrupts the flow of normalcy.
