Train lines disrupted over Diaper

There was news about another Metro Rail Transit halt and passengers had to endure another long hours of line again.
But it wasn't just any technical, the problem started when some idiot threw a diaper. I don't think it was the intention of hitting the lines directly since this rail was under the bridge.
Talk about irresponsible disposing trash taking on a new highs. It's totally embarrassing on my opinion. I wish the person who did it gets arrested but I'm not sure if the area above it has CCTV..
And it's disgusting.....

Idiot indeed! I do not know what kind of person threw that garbage. Wherever that person now, He or she should be held responsible of the delays and people affected by such doing.

Hello @cttolledo I am pretty sure who ever this person responsible had gotten away from it. Possibly this was done late night before the operations went the next morning.

I agree with you.
The person who did that thing is very irresponsible.
As if he doesn't have a knowledge about the consequences of his action.
I just hope that he had realized the damage he created to many people.
But I doubt if his conscience has bothered him...

Hello @magallon I think the person was a squatter and had no shame throwing their trash everywhere. For some one I think who is not educated i doubt it will be the last time the person was going to do it.

@Letranknight2015 That's the one i am thinking too. That diaper came from someone who lives in a nearby squatters area who knows nothing about the cause it will inflict to the train lines.
These people should be called upon by the Barangay officials of that area.

Hello @YrNemo I don't think that person cares, otherwise why would he or she throw it over the bridge? If that person was smart they could have use a plastic to cover it and then look for a trash to throw it.

Hello @prashu228 maybe the person who threw it forgot that it was a railway under that bridge and instead of the ground it went to the train lines. I'm sure they took a picture before it was cleared out.

i believe the person intentionally threw that soiled diaper in the metro rail, and i should think it is to degrade and malign the government.
but the MRT/LRT is always having some interruptions of travel due to problems with the system.
