Western Union or Paypal?

I would choose Paypal. Western Union is okay too but not all banks accept it. Besides, bank officials asks too many things like ID Card, and other identification, especially when you want to draw the fund from other cities.
What about you which do you prefer?

Well for me, both Paypal and Western Union are convenient to use, it's just depend on the situation.

Of course Paypal is better. The Western Union charges higher and you have to go to the post office or bank to get your money in person. It spends some time anyway. I doubt that it is still available because it shall not be popular any more.

@youless I think so. Besides that many still use its service to send and receive money sent by their relatives or friends.
