OK I'm a Klutz

I absolutely hate forms of any kind. Twice now this week, and it's not over yet, I've made errors, one on a legal document and need to have a page done over, and now on Freedom's Cry. I was ready to upload the revisions for the final file review. So what did I do? I clicked the file review button without uploading anything. So now it's locked for 24 hours. I tried calling to see if they would unlock it so I could submit the revisions, they can't. So instead of being approved tomorrow, Freedom's Cry will be approved on Sunday. Yes, I am a klutz physically and mentally. One of these days I'm going to get everything right the first time around. I wonder if I'll be in this world or the next when that happens. I KNOW none of you make those mistakes. Isn't life great? Thanks for reading.

I hate when I do things like that. Just keep in mind that it's only one more day. I am klutzy that way too. Awful isn't it?

I do make those mistakes - but nothing that can't be undone.

That's the good thing. I had the hospital call me yesterday when they got the form for my advance wishes, and told me I could come in there and have a couple people from the Social Services department witness the document. I might do that Monday, or wait until first Tuesday and Writer's Guild and have two people witness it for me.

Forgetting to include an attachment is something I do quite often too, but I don't consider that being klutzy. Being a klutz for me is tripping on my own feet or whatever it was that happened for me to get a gash on my chin, which is thankfully healed already. I doubt you're a klutz, Valerie, of any type. We're just getting older is all and things don't cooperate the way they used to. As for forms, I mess those up too, although I don't work with them much anymore other than payments to the irs for employees and those I can type a new copy if I mess those up. Maybe next year after I begin getting paid more via social security and working, I can begin to buy the books friends have written, such as yours.

Thank you. I was very klutzy as a kid. I broke an arm when I was 10 falling over my bike. Yes, I've tripped over my feet too. Now my mind is doing the klutz number. It's nice of you to say I'm not a klutz. I know it will be nice to get more SS next year. I hope you can buy my books. That would be great!

Of course we all make similar mistakes from time to time. That's what humans do.

Then that makes me human. That's great to know! It's good to know I'm not alone in doing stupid stuff.

Aw shucks. It's ok! :-) I hate forms too. I find taking a quick walk kind of resets me when I mess up something.

@FayeHazel It doesn't need to be a notary. I'm going to take it to my Writer's Guild meeting next week.

I still need to get the form taken care of. I need two witnesses who sign after me when I sign, not on separate days as I did this first time.

@just4him That's so inconvenient. Maybe a neighbor would do it - unless it has to be someone like a notary?

Don't be so hard on yourself. It's just 24 hours

Oh, goodness no, Valerie! I'd never, ever make a simple mistake like this! Can you see my nose growing? I just changed my name from Kharla, to Pinocchio! I'm notorious, for giving information that needs to be changed, on forms! LOL

I need a Jiminy Cricket sitting on my shoulder telling me what I need to do and not to touch that button. I was very careful this morning when I submitted Freedom's Cry.

@just4him Oh, I'm so glad you were able to get it submitted, this morning. My doctor's office gets confused, when I tell them some of their information is inaccurate. I'm the one who filled it out! LOL

@kobesbuddy Oh my, if they're confused with what you filled out, it's a tough day for everyone.
