Evacuating the building?

"Alert, alert... Please, evacuate the building. This is not a test."
In fact, that was a warning, haha. It was a fire training that is done in the office where I work.
Everyone is already aware of this, but not the newbies... Who ended up being a little scared by the warning because they thought it was something real.
I think this kind of measure is very important for parts of the companies. How about you?

You are used to it so you knew what to do. Did the newbies follow what you did?

I never had to do it in an office building, but I remember doing fire drills in school. And even some legit fire alarms because there have been fires and bomb threats at my school. Not a lot of fun standing outside in 110 degree weather because someone made a prank. Or the other time when someone actually made an acid bomb. Good times, good times
