Do you check your emails every day?

Is checking your email something you do every day / with programmed frequency, or just when you really need to do something important (like checking a payment or sending some important email)?
I usually do this every day, mostly because of spam messages. Oh, my... How I hate them.

As it notifies me every second of every day, then yes, I do. Not willingly at all times, but yes, :D I hear you about the SPAMS. They are endless. Coming out of nowhere. Heard facebook sells your details? Not sure. Who knows?

Oh..this is one of the deadliest jobs we had to take care of. Otherwise, the whole site will be filled with unread emails.This is my first priority whenever I open the site.

I do not check my e-mail every day. I should check it more often than I do.

Yes, I do, for work and personal purposes. I hate it when I got flooded with mails. I don't like too many junks.

I try every day sometimes I am too busy and do it every other. My computer provides notifications to me so if it is really important, which usually it is not, I can check.
