I wonder if Dad's still alive

After reading @dodoazo 's post about his Dad passing recently, I felt sad for him. Not to mention he's not too old for me.
Which reminds me of my Dad, I admit removing him from FB but I still have him in the FB messenger. Not until long I tried to call there, but no one answers. He often spam me with religious or random videos or quotes but not if it was him though.
I couldn't call any of them on skype anymore because it's not longer works on windows 8.
Last time I heard from Mom, Dad was kinda tired about his weekly dialysis.
Hard to believe but I miss him sometimes but doesn't mean I have to talk to him all the time.

My Dad is 87 @Letranknight2015 . He's in a nursing home because of Alzheimer's, so there is no contact with him as he wouldn't know who I was anyway.

@Letranknight2015 I think scientists have cures for a lot of diseases BUT; then how could the big pharmaceutical companies or doctors make any money.

Dialysis can be tough, my friend's mom had to go through that too. When was the last time you spoke to your dad?
