My brother bought us bottles of vitamins and other supplements Vitamins C, Vitamin B, Iron and Calcium supplement. I take the calcium lactate because I read in the internet it's good for insomnia as it has tryptophan that helps in producing sleep inducing melatonin. Now I worry if calcium supplements can cause kidney stones as it seems to me kidney stones are made from calcium mineral. I take it every night will I have kidney stones in the future?

I often go to a psychiatrist. I don't think he can help. I will just go to the local health center here

@averygirl72 The local health centre should be able to advise you.

Because only the Doctors will answer and will give you a prescription if you need to have Calcium in your body.
