@averygirl72 He appears to only be following you so it's unlikely that he has actually PM'ed anyone else (yet). myLot doesn't tolerate spamming by PM at all so I've reported him and he'll no doubt be dealt with. You can delete the message, I think.
It's best to change your settings (as shown in the screenshot above) to "Only those I follow can message me"..

If you received that PM here in mylot better warn that user or report it to the admin. I wouldn't believe it, better search it for reviews.
