Let's Talk About Manners

I can hear it again. My lady neighbor has this habit of just going crazy whenever she is doing her laundry. She keeps on screaming from the top of her lungs at 10:00 PM. It seems she just don't care if it is already bedtime. Some people like us wants to relax and have a good night sleep. I'm not sure why she have to do that. Maybe there are really some people who just don't have manners on their DNA. Or we can say lack of guidance from their parents when they were younger. It could be lack of absorption what has been taught from school. But I think she's just bipolar and her family are not aware of it. Whay do you think?

I think anyone screaming like that is very likely to have mental issues. I’m sorry that you have to put up with it

At first, my kids are scared whenever she hear her scream. But they just get used to it.

@Madshadi Hopefully, she will not hurt her daughter or I have to call the police.

I think she's related to the girl across the street from me... I was in bed last night, reading (not yet sleeping), in the back bedroom, when I heard voices. Looked out the bedroom window, nothing there. So I went to the front room and there she was, standing in the street without a coat, yelling at her imaginary enemies again. The police came (yet again) but I didn't stay watching to see if they took her away (again).

Maybe.. Good thing there are police in your area. In our place, we have to wait until she stops.

That could be a lot of it, or there are other Health issues on the forefront that no one is taking time to examine. I know from personal experience I am Diabetic, and when my sugar levels are off, I tend to be a little more crankier and many times not as Fun to want to be around. But many factors play a part in someone's moods, and sounds like someone needs to convince your neighbor to seek some help and advice.

Yeah. She's nice whenever I see her. But it seems she's irritated whenever she have to do her laundry.

I think she possibly have mental issues. I understand not having manners, but screaming all the time during laundry is not normal.
