Sooner or later I knew this would end up happening. I remember already having posted a discussion about the loud noise that one of the neighbors here on the street used to put and annoy practically everyone in the neighborhood (especially a neighbor who has a baby currently under 3 months of age). Once again the neighbor wanted to make confusion and someone made an anonymous report. The police came. Refusing to turn it off or even lower the volume of the sound... He was finally arrested.
