Something stuck in my throat

literally.. it was the food i ate at lunch 
a little piece of it is annoyingly stuck in my throat. it's corned beef and rice by the way.
I've been drinking lots of water and trying to cough it out but it's still stuck there somewhere.
Anyone experience something like this?

the only things that got stuck in my throat were fish bones, sometimes a pill or tablet. however, i had an officemate years ago who had a problem with gizzard.

@hereandthere wow, that sounded quite serious, i guess we should be careful what we put in our mouth

@lady1993 no, it happened to my officemate years ago. i guess he mistook it for chicken liver, which is much softer. he was absent the next day. when he came back, he said he had to go to the hospital, but i never asked the details anymore.
