What temperature do you keep your room at?

My thermostat is set at 22 degrees Celsius during the day and at 19 degrees during the night. I may however increase or decrease the temperature depending on many situations, but I always make sure to set it back at automatic mode afterwards. I heard that keeping a steady room temperature also costs less. What about you? Do you set your room temperature to specific temperature or do you just turn the heating on when you feel cold?
