Do you drink all the water you need?

November 26, 2017 6:14pm CST
Considering your daily and regular water intake, would you say you actually drink everything what you need? Or do you think you still need to improve the quantity / frequency? P.S.: Doctors says 8 glasses a day.

Not always. But I do tend to drink at least 2-3 glasses a day, especially after working out at the gym.

@TheInvisibleMan It is winter now so It is more difficult to drink water. I will go for tea with no sugar.

I have been shooting for about 4 liters a day and seem to have no problem with that

If you count iced tea, I drink that much daily.

We must drink 8 glasses of water daily. Drinking water purifies our system. We can avoid falling sick also. When we are outside, we can limit our intake of water ,but when we are at home we can drink more water. Eight glasses is the minimum number. There is no problem in exceeding more than 8 glasses of water.

I think we all need 8 glasses of water to stay hydrated but I fall short. I try but usually do not get to 8. It is important for our hearts as well
