This was how I felt at 12:45 noon. I let my son load my sim card with P30 at 10:06am. I then sent 3 text messages to 2 persons so I expected that my load was at P27.
At 12:32 My TM mobile number was misscalled by our beadle. The ringtone was Darth Vader of Star Wars. (Son even said I should change my ringtone.).I did not respond because my other phone also rang so I answered with that Globe number. The conversation went for 5 minutes.
Then there was a message from the provider of TM that I have only P14 load now. I immediately called the customer service representative and I talked to this man with so much anger. I told him this was the 4th time that I had that problem.
This man kept on maintaining I called a number but he did not know what number.
After lunch I went to this service provider 's office. I talked to a lady and she showed me the history of my calls and the number I apparently called. IT WAS MY OWN GLOBE NUMBER. I did not call myself, I told her. "Who should answer my own call? Me?"
After the talks she made a report and promised me that my complaint will be dealt with accordingly. So I will have to wait for 3 days before my P13 load will be given back.

really? i did not have any issues with TalkNText. the only problem is with TnT, when you load your number, it gets expired at exactly 12 midnight, even if you reload at 10AM.

yes, of course they have to give it back, but the point is, why do they keep on doing that, and at the same mobile phone number? and not only me, but many more are complaining about that.

yes, that is why i am waiting for 3 days because if not, i will go back to their office, even if it takes more than P30 to reach SM. P13 is not a big amount, but it is my principle that whatever is stolen, should be given back, no lacking, no excess.

@ridingbet Sometimes it is a waste of time dealing with this concern. If it happens, I just don't load my network for a couple of days.

@Shavkat this afternoon, my son accompanied me back to the telecommunications office. i received a text message from them that my request is already finished, but no additional loads yet.
the employee told me that i have to wait for 3 days, and i was given another reference number.
although it is just P13, and our fare with my son was P40., i really needed to do that so they will know that their system is always erratic, and if i ignore the deduction, they can still do it again.

my other colleagues also had that dilemma. i told one of them (Miss LM) to go to Globe office in SM, but she did not go because apparently, she thought that P10 is not that big amount.

it was really a disappointment, considering that i am a faithful subscriber to that telecommunications company. if i will have another issue like that, i will cut off my sim card and not buy another sim card from them.

i wonder why that telco that should be owned by San Miguel or Cojuanco, never pushed through? i think DU30 is asking the Chinese government about that, right?

That's not good, and a big nuisance that you've got to wait 3 days for a refund when it's their error not yours!
