Singers no matter how successful they been once or more received catcalls from their audience. This experience never discouraged them to move on improving themselves.
Do you think you'd suffer terrible stage fright if you were catcalled? Was their performance so bad that the audience catcalled them?

I don't think I will ever get rid of stage fright. Even singers will resent hecklers but they are professional enough to ignore them. There are people in shows whose job is to control the audience and they probably would escort the nuisance out of the room.

Yes, I think so. However, if most of the audience catcalled wildly, I guess it's a bit hard to control them.

@yanzalong _Then it's the performer's fault. They should polish their acts and improve their performance.

I believe they are annoyed too but catcalls are a part of their lives, I guess.

I'm not sure what catcalled means first time to hear about this word

That means disapproval of shouts from audience because they don't like the singers or their performance is below standard.

there's always one.
i was in a band myself.that's just a free shot to insult them back in my opinion.
they're just trying to show off or irritate you into messing up on stage.

I think singers should not be upset with the hecklers.

@yanzalong the attention to switch to them rather than to the act on the stage

I have terrible stage fright, and it would definitely be worse if hecklers were present.
