Cant believe some people!

I can understand being upset that someone leaves you, I cant understand stalking and I really can not understand taking it out on kids! So our daughter Amber finally got smart and left the ummm jerk that has abused her over and over. They have a baby together who just turned 2 months old.
First she has nothing and I mean really nothing to her name now. However we have all pulled together while she is staying at a friends home for now. Not sure where she will end up at thou. Anyways she walks to the doctors office ( a nice long walk) with Emma the baby. Gets there and the jerk had called and cancelled the appointment! WHO DOES THAT?!
When they were together they signed the kids up for some program for Christmas, she gets there at 9:30, he already went and took the presents meant for the kids! I have never been a fan of his but was cordial but I am about to flip.

He IS a jerk. I hope your daughter never consider reconciling with him. These abusive men are very manipulative. What he is doing now is acting the brute. Expect him to play the pleading "I will change if you give me another chance" character role soon.

She did before and got beat up again, he has hit her a few times. When she called the police they told her they would take both of them in if they came out. She was 8 months pregnant at the time! She left but went back when he promised to stop and never do it again. Yeah that didn't last. I'm so hoping she doesn't go back!

@andriaperry Just found out from a friend that she did, tells me why she hasn't talked to any family the last few days. Not sure what to do.

Thank you, I'm just astounded that someone acts like this and takes it out on the kids to get to the mom. I shouldn't be with somethings you hear and read about with things like this but I still am. Guess it is just because it is something I would never do.

Can she take out a restraining order against him, or notify these places of the situation so he cannot continue doing these things to her?
When my aunt split from her (ex)husband after 21 years (he cheated on her and was the one who filed for divorce), he stalked her...well, he's still stalking her, 3 or 4 years later!...men like that are trying to intimidate their ex partner and control them. I can't stand men like that; there is something very, very wrong with them.

All the places know, the doctors office wouldn't even print out a thing saying he cancelled it for her, just in case he tried to say she wasn't taking care of Emmas health needs. I told her they can be subpoenaed then. I just want a few minutes alone with this jerk!

What a creep! Is there a way to report what he has done to the police, just to make them aware of the kind of guy he is? Who knows, he could do something violent next.
