The things we remember...

I just had a strange thought... I was sitting here making a bucket list that my therapist wanted me to make; of some of the things that I hope to replace one day, of all the things that I have lost. She feels it will help me have hope, and look forward to some good things for the future. One of those things were some fun earrings. I always liked to wear fun earrings. The more unique (not gawdy), the better. Then it came to me... Years ago a friend on Gather was cleaning out her jewelry drawer, and sent me a ton of earrings. It was like 50 pair or so... I just realized that I never got to wear but maybe one or two of those pairs, before I lost everything. Bummer... I totally forgot about those earrings until now. Isn't it strange how things come back to your mind, when you least expect it?

Sometimes it is better when your mind forgets things that we have lost.

In order to heal, one must remember the pain, and push through it.
