calling All Licensed Plumbers...
Do public schools have to adhere to the National Plumbing Codes?
I need to determine if a school may be in violation.

Not a plumber but I know who may have your answer. On Monday go down to the court house and find out who gives out the construtcion licenses in your area. They will be able to answer your question.
