The mind will become fatigued if there's overwhelming information stored within the mind. Over thinking can cause the mind to become disturbed. That's why "it's very important" to allow the mind to rest. Taking some time to just relax and gather positive thoughts will help alleviate the mind from becoming fatigued. Being active is important but too much activities and there could be a meltdown within the mind. "Allowing negative information to embed within the mind will cause also cause fatigue" Tanikka Paulk .
Keeping the mind free from negativity isn't always easy to do. There's plenty of negative information circulating and it's difficult to eliminate the negativity. Limiting time spent within negative "environments." will help keep the mind healthy. When we're thinking too long and hard then we'll notice that the mind will slow down. In order to remain up lifted it's essential that the mind is filled with positives.
Communicating with others will help. Communicating with positive people will help keep the mind filled with "strength". It's when we're surrounded by negative individuals which cause all sorts of problems. There are lots of activities which will help decrease mind fatigue. Engaging in positive activities will help lower mind fatigue and also help with feeling joyful. So perhaps spend some time within positive environments so that the mind doesn't become disturbed.

Oh that is so true! For years I have suffered with negative emotions. Negative thoughts would get me down and I would constantly feel tired and depressed and would focus on nothing more than doom and gloom. Thankfully that has all changed for me. I always try to remain positive and I live and breathe exercise!
I swim daily and go to the gym and I feel amazing as a result. I also enjoy reading a lot and I find that this helps me relax and stimulate the mind. Anyway, here's to a positive new year 2018.

That happens to me a lot, I came to notice that when I'm cooking only then my mind can relax. Wonderful post

Negativity is terrible, it will drag a person's thoughts into doom and gloom!
