I appreciate our friend @JudyEv sharing how warm it is where she lives in Australia.
It must be that I am getting prepared to go back to work. The day has dragged. It does not feel like I have done much at all.I am feeling bored. I will admit I have cooked quite a bit, and packed up some lunches for work starting Wednesday.
Hubby has had sports on television almost all day. We did play a table game and a game of chess. Honestly, I do not like chess as I am not a logical person.
I know I have complained a lot about the cold, as have many others. It is really a part of life, but brrr. My feet are complaining.

If I lived in Australia I would be complaining about the heat. Much as I'm not crazy about the extreme cold, I like it better than the heat.

I have had enough of both extremes for a while, but all my complaining does nothing for it. One reason our house gets cold is because it has window air conditioners in all four bedrooms.

yeahh the snow is great to look at.. but it does make going out very difficult... so we 'feel' trapped and bored ...

That crap will be here tomorrow, I am dreading my cold feet. I think when I finish my novel I will go back to painting, I need to organize so much too.
I have to work Wednesday and Friday next week and the high temps will be 30!

30 sounds good to me, but I am not from one of the warmer states as you are. It is too easy for me to just spend time in the kitchen.
