As one year draws to a close, and another kicks off in style, I think everyone can appreciate just how pervasive the logic of a 6-year old kid can be, as conveyed in today's strip, below... Happy New Year, all!

Good old Calvin. You can't keep him down for long, can you?

I love Calvin and Hobbes! It's been my favorite comic strip since it first came out many years ago! I love Calvin's perspective on life!

You can be a selfish little bugger at 6, so I've been told...

That approach seem reasonable, and Calvin can get away with it if the rest of the world don't change. Hmmm, I wonder... Hobbes seem more realistic.

Hobbes is certainly the more laid-back of the two

@Gita17112016 A 6-year old has endless imagination. Yes, perhaps Hobbes is Calvin's anchor, keeping him planted firmly in the here and now.

@pgntwo You mean he is the more 'balance' of the two. Calvin imagination knows no boundaries!

You're not wrong, on both counts - the 6-year old adults and the popularity of Calvin & Hobbes!
