A Day in the Kitchen

We got a ham for half price and that's going to be dinner tonight. It came with a brown sugar glaze.
I plan on making an apple pie for dessert. It's canned apple pie filling and a frozen crust but I made a homemade crumb topping for it. Had some slivered almonds left over from another recipe so I tossed those into the mixture.
My daughter wants to make caramel corn today and I have a bunch of onions that I'm going to make onion rings and freeze. I may not get to the onions today but there's always tomorrow.
Any plans in your kitchen?

Those sound like some lovely dishes your going to be making. I do alot of crock pot cooking this time of year. I plan to make baked ziti this weekend though on Saturday, not sure what I'll make Sunday though.
