Something Clever for January 2nd?

Oh, what's that you say? Can't come up with anything? Hmmm, nor can I.
Well, there's always the weather; we are at 35 F (1.6 C) at noon, but the sun is shining and that is a big improvement.
Food comes to mind since it is lunch time and I am hungry, maybe a nice ham sandwich on wheat bread? To toast or not to toast? Mustard or Mayo? Both for me.
I am practicing my guitar today, trying to figure out harmonics, requires a light touch, but I am heavy handed.
Then there is the news, but that is usually depressing (in the US at least), so I'll pass on that.
Now I will close this mediocre effort and seek out something really clever from mylotters smarter'n me (today).
The photo is not a self-portrait!

Harmonics are fun when you get 'em!
I always found the one found at the 12 fret easiest. Barely touching... just barely.
I love ham. Now I'm hungry. :-)

Those Beeler Ham sandwiches are always great. Hmm, 5th and 7th seem easier for me. My teacher is wanting this for Harvest Moon.

@JamesHxstatic And I still didn't pick up any ham... I was craving it this morning already....
Oh, nice song choice there

Same here. I am not sure of that dummy's name. It could be the old Paul Winchell's dummy named Jerry Mahoney.

I know how cold it is in the northeast, far too cold for a moderate guy like me.

I wish that were not true, but if wishes were fishes...

When I saw the photo above, it brought back memories. My sister & I had a Charlie McCarthy doll when we were kids.

I'll bet that Edgar Bergen sold lots of those in his heyday.

We are still experiencing cold weather, but today is supposed to be the start of warmer weather arriving.

That puppet used to always freak me out when I was a kid. Something sinister about it, so I'm glad it is not a self-portrait! LOL

@JamesHxstatic - I'm not exactly afraid of clowns, but they always unsettled me. You never know what they are thinking!

@Marty1 Diane is right about that. Paul Winchell was the man behind the dummy.

@DianneN Thank goodness is right, though I do like his strong chin.

I did too, once upon a time. I do like the cut of his jib though.

It's MyLot. You can't go wrong with a discussion about food.
