Technology Saves Lives (a poem by me)

I wrote this poem a few weeks ago, and today I decided to share it with you all.
From the car you use to visit your family on the other side of town
To the phone you use to talk to your friends on the other side of the planet
From the plane taking you to visit those same friends,
To your wristwatch, making sure you don’t miss your flight
Your grandfather’s power chair, your grandmother’s hearing aid, their pacemakers
Things that help the elderly and disabled live long, fulfilled lives
Video games and television to help you relax after a long and stressful day
And to teach your children good morals and motor skills
Computers of all kinds, all over the world
Creating art and music, advancing science and medicine
Improving the lives of everyone
Thank you, technology.
Any constructive criticism is welcomed.

Thank God for technology, our world has somewhat become smaller and we get to know each other way more easily.

@PeachieMew They say the same thing with money. But what make things evil are the people who are abusing that and not that thing itself. It's how we use and abuse things. It's sad how criminals are using technology to do crimes to their advantage.

I know! I'm so sick of people saying that technology is the root of all evil and nonsense like that. That's partially why I wrote this.

@toniganzon Yeah. That and people claiming that technology makes people "lazy" and "antisocial" and whatnot. If anything, the opposite is true.

Thanks for the feedback. What do you mean by different, if I may ask?
