Ghosts: Imaginary or Real?

Sometimes I wonder if it's just something certain people can pick up on. I've had two experiences with 'something' and they were real in my book. The first was when I moved into my Grandmother's house. I had been there for just a few months when one night when I had just gotten into bed and turned off the light; I heard a tapping sound coming from the kitchen. Now my Grandmother walked with a cane and the tapping sound would have been identical to her walking with it. It was coming from the kitchen and the bedroom I was in was just off the kitchen with the door to the bedroom being open to that area. Since she was Bohemian and loved to cook and bake, she spent the majority of the time in the kitchen. When it dawned on me that it was her, I said, "Hi Grandma." The tapping stopped and I never heard it again. The second time was when I went to look for a house to rent. I was on the second floor of the house and suddenly felt sick to my stomach and extremely dizzy as well as feeling threatened. I told the lady showing me the house that I had to leave. I grabbed my daughter (who was 13 at the time) and said, "Let's go, now!" I sat on the front steps of the porch and felt like I was going to throw up. The dizziness continued as well and I told my daughter she was going to have to drive the car. Yeah, I know; at 13?? When we got home, the realtor called me and asked what was up and when I told her; that's when she told me someone had been murdered in that house. I'm just glad we hadn't moved into that house and THEN the poop would have hit the fan. Whew!!!!!

I had the same feeling visiting a house where a woman has been killed to steal her jewels. As I entered I was sick, I felt like I was suffocating (she had been strangled). I did not even want to look at the house, I went out and a few days later I knew. The lights at the ground floors go on without we touch the switches time by time.

My family has a history of having contact with the world beyond. I have seen, heard and felt things and I have been comforted and glad about the contacts. It has greatly helped me since my husband passed away in August because I have had some contact and it has made me so happy. Yes, you are lucky you did not move into that awful house you would have had no peace or you would have had to have a priest bless it.

The first story isn’t so scary. I’d like to think your grandma was there to look after you. :)

It was creepy @JamesHxstatic . Can't you picture me being thrown down the stairs had I stayed longer?

I'm one of those people who think that there must always be a logical explanation for 'ghosts'.
