I use sea salt and sometimes soy sauce. I know that too much salt isn't good for me. So I try to drink enough water to flash it out and green tea too.

At that rate, you will one day not be using it at all.

Definitely do not use @MsBooklover . When you read the label of any product sitting on the grocery shelves, it would make you sick to see the salt content inside.

I couldn't agree more. Just reading the labels is frightening.

@MsBooklover Lots of flavors. My favorite is Garlic and Herb, followed by a whole list of others. I think I have most of them in my cupboard.

That is fantastic. I have not used Mrs. Dash since I was little. I just got away from it. Yet, I see that there are various flavors now.

Yes I add salt to our food.In the Philippines we even use salt for food preservation for fish.We have a lot of food products preserved in salt.We even have salted egg too.Of course we use a lot of salt for food preservation, not just a little amount as opposed to adding flavor to food.As a result, more Filipinos are having hypertension and kidney diseases.

@MsBooklover I think I can't do it. My taste buds are quite sensitive to blunt food and I am afraid that I will not enjoy the meal.

I am not even sure. However, I remember seeing my grandmother heavily salt everything, and that concerned me.
