I was clicking through news stories that pop up on my Microsoft Edge home page, and a story about television shows that are coming to television this year. I noticed that American Idol is coming back, and that of course Seacrest is back as the host. I don't think they could bring the show back without him, well I guess they could but it probably wouldn't be the same. -Side note, does anyone remember the first season of American Idol when there were two hosts. I wonder what every happened to Bryan Dunkleman, because clearly he didn't get the same fame that Seacrest has enjoyed- What made me even read the little blurb about AI coming back is the line up of judges. Lionel Ritchie, Katy Perry and Luke Bryan. That combo just seems a little weird to me. But I guess it could work. It also seems like maybe they are trying to be more like The Voice. I dunno. We don't have cable so I won't be tuning in, although to be honest I doubt that I would even if we had cable. Will you be watching? Did you watch the original run of the show?
