I did not watch either game this weekend and wont watch the Superbowl either. I have stopped watching as of last year really but who can avoid hearing about it.
I will first say I am not a fan of any of the four teams that played yesterday and never have been. I do find some of the news about the games kind of funny.
I'll start with the Vikings and the Eagles game based on what I have seen and read. Apparently, this game was not as important as the Patriots and Jaguars game cause there is not nearly as much coverage about this game. From what I see sounds like the Vikings took the day off, everyone is saying how bad they played...maybe the Eagles are just that good? I was a little disappointed in the outcome of the game, I guess I only wanted to hear the Vikings won cause a friend of my has been a Viking fan since I met him about 10 years ago and it's been a long time since they have been in a Superbowl.
As for the Patriots and Jaguars, I was hoping the Patriots would lose, so sick of hearing about them and the cry baby QB. I head the Jaguars were penalized 7 times for 98 years and some how the Patriots were only once for 10 years. That seems unlikely but I didn't watch it so what do I know. Hasn't this time been caught a couple times cheating the system? Maybe paying off the refs is their newest cheat?
So it's going to be the Patriots and Eagles in the Superbowl. Yea, I think I will avoid wasting my time watching that. I don't care about either time really and I can find other things I would rather do with my time.

Both games were a little surprising yet I predicted the Pats and Eagles would win. I thought the Pats would blow the Jags out of water, but the Jags actually put up a good fight despite the unfair penalties or lack of penalties called. I thought it would be a tough and close game for the Vikings and Eagles but the Eagles blew the Vikings out of water. It is nice to see a team that doesn't have any Superbowl rings get another chance after 14 years.
This is coming from a Cowboys fan.

@taciaelisepeace I agree I like to see teams that have not been there in a while. Hate the same old teams getting in there.

@Bensen32 Right? Otherwise it loses excitement, less people will find it interesting.

Yeah, I hope the Eagles win too @taciaelisepeace . I'm a Cowboys fan too and they really made me mad this year.

Yeah, the Jaguars should NOT have lost @Bensen32 . I'm hoping the Eagles will kick the Patriots butt.
