Got money but it's stuck

There's a problem I've neglected to say for a while now. Ever since Paypal no longer want to partner with neobux, I had no choice but register to payza (formerly Alertpay).
My last payment I used it to have funds for rent pay. But this time I forgot that freaking and annoying transaction password. I couldn't make a new one because I forgot my security question
Now, it's there and I don't know were to put it. Not sure about what bank I should attach it. Not to mention it requires a big amount to withdraw something minimum.
It's the ptc I'm active now but I got bored and not much active there anymore.

Oh! It's really a big problem, my friend!
Forgetting PW was also my big concern, years back. My daughter No. 3 said I really need to put everything of importance written in a notebook. I followed her advice.
Now, all I do is look for anything info I need from that notebook.

Maybe you can send an email to help you like what I did before about my yahoo account. Had almost the same with my yahoo account, I forgot my password and cannot retrieve it because my back up phone number and email account were no longer active. They replied and helped me.

i usually put my PW in my phone but with cryptic names like sevings for SAVINGS, and Arci B.C. for my code in the bank.

Hello @ridingbet I am a bit scared putting it in my phone because there's also a chance that I might loose the phone. Oh, anyways, people might just replace the sim with something else.
