I always liked watching the show "Columbo" with the late and great actor Peter Falk. He also stared in the movie "Princess Bride", which I love! I always described Lt. Columbo as so stupid he was smart. 
That show was great!
I know that I have seen this same episode (can't remember the name of it) but I do not remember noticing this in this seen. A woman was in a window of a room and there were bars on the window. She thru something out the window, between the bars, but she never pulled back her arm and showing any force in the process of throwing it.
Next they show the item going over the rocks and landing in the water about 10 feet out. LOL Well how did she do that when there was not force in her throw out of a partially blocked window? I do not remember noticing that before.
