Angular chelitis acting up

I have angular chelitis and it is acting up. Needs to go away before this coming up Wednesday because I have a dental cleaning. For those who have not known what this is, the WebMD link is posted below. Anyone else suffer from this? I haven't had a flare up in a while and yesterday it had to act up? Ugh. Now I am using Softlips and Silver Solution to heal it. I don't want to use Tea Tree Oil yet on it if I don't have to.

The most common cause of angular cheilitis for women of childbearing is not fungal but iron deficiency anemia.Maybe you have heavier menstrual flow during your period which predisposes you to angular cheilitis.You may also need to increase your iron intake by consuming green leafy vegetables,red meat and liver.

yeah i have that but the iron pill dont help by much. :(
