I am planning a vacation to the Hill stations this year. Most probably will be going to Simla. Its a beautiful place with lovely snowfall. I have never experienced snowfall so this would be my first experience. Need to save enough to have a fab holiday.

Wow...that is a great place to be...in summer. lol. Plan a longer one...one month or so, so that one summer is out of your way and in a pleasant way. :)

We had very little snow this year and I am very glad that I did not need to shovel too much. We have no planned vacations.

Here the weather is very hot now. Too humid and sweaty. Whats it like in your country?

@mayka123 It's not too hot yet, the only hot months here are July and August. The temperature is around 27ยบ Celsius, is not too bad.

That sounds great. Snow is sure majestic and beautiful even though those of us who get a lot of it complain quite a bit about it. Lol! When is your trip scheduled?

In my opinion utrakhand is better than simla. I have been to kedarnath once and it's a nice place . You yourself will admit it once you will go there. I have been to simla also nothing is there to watch.
