Thanks! If a public school restroom has 4 toilets and 3 sinks, but only 1 soap dispenser & 1 paper towel dispenser is it violating any Nat'l Plumbing Codes? I pose the question because after I sat through student orientation--which included a lengthy speech from the SCHOOL NURSE about cold viruses & communicable diseases--I entered the above-mentioned restroom only to find one EMPTY soap dispenser. Oh, did I mention it was EMPTY?? (Why not 2 soap and 2 paper towel dispensers? This way, if one runs out, you have extra.) Isn't this BASIC COMMON SENSE? I almost popped a vein. Then, as I reached into my bag for hand sanitizer, I said to myself, "WOW, maybe I should see if the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention has any employment opportunities?!"
