Equality In Todays world / myLot

Do you think there is equality in todays world or is it forced. Personally i think its kinda of forced because of affirmative action in the work place and schools. Yeah this helps some people that would not normally get chances but how would you feel if you got selected for a job or a scholarship not on merit but for what you are or were you came from would you feel comfortable. Is merit still a think in the work place when it comes to none Americans i guess i shall say immigrants.

Its not even forced! Nobody knows exact meaning of equality...how can you act equality when you cant even define it! The formal paper works is different...but when it comes to treatment...I don't think it exists..
