Spaghetti Dinner Tonight

Tonight is going to be spaghetti night in our home. I am making spaghetti with meatballs and sliced kielbasa. We will be having the sauce over spaghetti squash. I can't wait. The hubby will have a hunk or two of butter French bread with his. I will be having just the spaghetti. We thought it a perfect day to have it. It has been raining cats and dogs outside. Spaghetti is always a good meal on a day like this. Hope everyone has a wonderful relaxing evening.

It would be nice. My mind turns toward those who are homeless and unable to enjoy as we do some of these meals. I volunteer at lunch time two days a week at the church to help those who are less fortunate.

I made my sauce with various meat combinations, it all depends on my mood and what we have in the fridge or freezer. Somehow it always turns out great.

We had spaghetti for lunch, very simple with oil, chili pepper and garlic. It's a quick lunch to make.
