Frustrated with MTurk today

I am transcribing receipts on MTurk. I finish entering all the data and click SUBMIT but nothing happens. I click many times and it doesn't seem like the button works. So, what I end up doing is clicking the RETURN button, which takes me out of this HIT and into a different one I can do, the HIT I've been working on never being submitted. This happened to me many times today and I don't understand why it is happening. At first I thought maybe it's my Internet Security software that is causing this but disabling it for a minute didn't do anything. And if some receipts I am able to submit while others I cannot means that my Internet Security software is not the issue, nor is Chrome. It is very frustrating that this is happening to me. I spend all this time entering receipt data only to not be able to submit it. That's time wasted for nothing. I wonder if accepting HITs and not submitting them goes against me. Perhaps, I should have reported all the HITs that I wasn't able to submit, or at least taken screenshots of those that didn't work just in case.
